The Never-Trip™, from Potter Electric Signal Company, LLC, prevents accidental trips of dry pipe and preaction systems and eliminates the cost associated with resetting these systems.

The Potter Never-Trip™ auxiliary drain replaces the old conventional drum drip. The Never-Trip™ is a completely assembled and tested compact valve and collection chamber assembly that conforms to NFPA 13 requirements for auxiliary drains for dry pipe and preaction systems. At no point is the drain directly connected to the system. The system cannot be tripped by moving the handle to any position.
