IPA Series Live training is geared towards those responsible for installing, designing and implementing fire alarm system. A basic knowledge of fire alarm systems is recommended. Attendees should bring a laptop computer for IPA panel programming (IPA software is compatible with Windows 7 & 10). Ethernet cables will be provided for use in class.
The two day course will cover in depth the IPA series fire alarm panels and programming software. Training will take place from 8:30am to 4:30pm on both days. Upon completion attendee will have the tools to successfully install, program and start-up an IPA series fire alarm system.
Class attendance is limited to 16 people. The charge for the St. Louis based class will be $200 per attendee while classes held outside of St. Louis will have a charge of $300 per attendee.

The following classes will cover advanced applications for the IPA series fire alarm panels and programming software. Upon completion attendee will have the tools to successfully install, program and start-up each defined course below. Class attendance is limited to 16 people. These classes will only be offered in St. Louis. The cost is $150 per attendee per day of advanced training.

FCC Licensing for General Radiotelephone Operator License/BDA ERCES Radio Systems
The FCC licensing for General Radiotelephone Operator License/BDA ERCES live training is geared towards those responsible for installing, designing and implementing radio telephone systems.
The three day course will cover in depth the FCC elements 1, 3 and 8 delivered by Elkins Training Company, along with Potter's professional BDA ERCES Systems training. Examinations will be conducted by an official FCC designated examiner. Training will take place from 8:00am to 5:00pm each day. Upon completion each attendee will have the tools to successfully install, program and start-up a BDA ERCES system.
Class attendance is limited to 20 people with a fee of $2,000 per attendee. A minimum of 10 attendees is required. If a minimum of 10 attendees is not registered at least 2 weeks before the start of class it will be canceled. Attendees will be notified via email if the class is canceled.
