Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received 2 weeks before the class start date to receive a refund or to transfer registration to another class. Cancellations made after that date are non-refundable. To cancel, please send notice to training@pottersignal.com.

Potter Electric Signal reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet minimum registration requirements. This cancellation, if it occurs, will take place 2 weeks prior to the scheduled class date. All paid attendees will be notified and refunded at the time of cancellation.

Cancellations may take 10 business days to be refunded. A refund receipt will be issued by the payment processor.
