"Potter has such an amazing atmosphere about it. You quickly realize you are treated like family. It's incredible when you can have morning conversations with the CEO or the CFO at the coffee machine. Plus everyone truly cares about their job and the success of the business. As a whole we care about how Potter is perceived."
Sam M. (3 Months of Service)
"When vetting potential companies to continue my career growth I was encouraged to find out the average tenure was 9.1 years and that Potter has been in business for over 100 years. This showed me that the workforce is dedicated to an established business model. I was completely sold when I discovered Potter's aggressive plans for continued growth and that I would be an integral part of reaching those goals."
Steve H. (6 Years of Service)
"What drew me to Potter was the excitement surrounding the new fire alarm product coupled with the stability of a company that has been in business for over 100 years. I stay because of the small stuff that shows the company appreciates their employees and promotes a family atmosphere."
Lillian B. (3 Years of Service)
